It's Memorial Day Weekend. Anybody have a margarita maker?

Does anybody have a frozen margarita & drink maker? Any recommendations on a good one that will make restaurant quality drinks? Thanks

My wife also bought that margaritaville machine but she won't let me use it.

It makes awesome protein shakes.

I am a on the rocks old fashion size glass type. I tend to make a pitcher of Tequila, cointreau and fresh lime juice. I'll have crushed ice available which I use to fill the old fashions, pour the mix and top off with DiSaronno or Chambord. For the purist I add an extra shot of Tequila (3 Gen my fav for Marges).
Otherwise skip the trendy blenders and buy a Vitamix, I got mine at Costco and you'll make the best frozen drinks ever.

Got the margaritaville brand last year and here we are again it's Memorial Day weekend.
If anybody's looking for one, I can highly recommend this brand.

I'm with the shaken/on the rocks crew on this one.

And for those of you with a Costco nearby - the Kirkland brand anejo tequila is 100% agave and is really good for margaritas.

I have the Margarita machine as well. It makes a great drink, but it uses a lot of ice and takes a while to clean.

Seriously though, I don't drink frozen drinks so Margarita's are as easy as pie over ice:

2 oz. of Don Julio silver, 1/2 oz. COINTREAU, half ounce each of fresh lime juice and simple syrup, BAM bob's your uncle.

Heading to the beach in the morning and all I'll need is a case of bud light lime, good friends/family and a little bit of sunshine

Multiply all measures by 10 and then you're talking!

It's not really a party weekend for me. Our fire dept that I volunteer for attends a parade and a service in town organized by the VFW for the fallen military folks who died defending our country.

It does take a little effort to clean the margaritaville, but well worth it if you like frozen drinks. Other than marg's, the wife loves piña coladas and mudslides I make in it.
Now if the weather would only cooperate this weekend :(
