One word: SIZE.

the Legacy is huge. It couldn't fit my wrist and based and what I've seen from other's who've purchased and returned it was due to it being too big and somewhat uncomfortable.

the Band is a little prone to wear as well (my 2 cents)

FC Diver all the way. I tried on the legacy and it is way too big of a watch. Arnold was 6'2" and 235 cutting and 250+ in off season in his prime. I'm currently 6'2" and 230lbs and the watch is way too big for me. And yes I can currently bench more than Arnold in his prime (according to google) and I'm no longer in my prime.
