Sharp selling techniques is one thing, but an AD bad-mouthing the product is something else.

I agree, don't go straight to Rolex but contact that AD and let them know you are not satisfied with their service and hopefully this will correct their behaviour.

Nothing wrong with Seiko but Rolex is not Seiko! The sales is just being a jerk and try to sell.
