In May of this year, I took my Rolex 16014 DateJust to have it's dial and crystal replaced at CG Clock & Watch Repair located at 55 Queen St. E. here in Toronto. Today, I was switching the 18K WG bezel to a smooth one I have. To my surprise, my 18K bezel was swapped out for a stainless steel one. How could I have not noticed this?! I rarely wore this watch. I mostly wear my GMT II.

What can I possibly do? I may contact the police and report this business as fraud. I have original photos of my 18K bezel as well as papers of my watch. It's been 4 months now, what are my chances of getting my 18K bezel back? I'm so f*cking pissed off and upset.
