Power Reserve for DD
Finally had a chance over the weekend to measure the Power Reserve on my 2 month old DD. It ran for 47hrs, 33min, 33sec's (crown down). Does that seem about right for the 3155 movement?
Do the sport models have a longer reserve [IMG][/IMG] |

I think the sports are 44-46hrs. I seem to remember the Daytona being quite a bit longer. Maybe 72hrs? Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

My sport models have a much longer reserve. That DD runs out in less than two days, as you've seen. I always thought (and I'm no expert) it's because it has a bit more complication than a DJ or sportwatch.

The result of the PR test of the DD is very good, IMHO, especially in the crown down position.

Thanks guys...I wish I had a 72 PR. It would be nice if the reserve lasted from Friday night till Monday morning. (Around 62 hrs)
