FS: 18KYG Rolex Day-Date, Ref: 1803, BLACK PiePan "Cigarette" (AKA: "Wide Boy") Dial & Hands. Very rare dial/hands combo!

36mm, 18KYG case, very rare Original Black Piepan "Cigarette" (AKA: "Wide Boy") Dial & Hands.
Case, Crystal, Tube/Crown, all very good. Please see pics... The caseback pic appears to show wrinkling around the outer caseback... This is just a reflection from the lightbox. However, there is one very small dent/ding on the caseback which is visible in the 6th pic.
Movement is running well and currently keeping time around 4-7 s/d.
Dial & hands are excellent 98/100. See pics.
The numbers between the lugs are all very crisp. Please see pics below... the 4th digit of the serial # is a "5" but has been worn and deformed a bit by the band. I have included a macro pic to show this.
Head only.
No box or papers.
