If you are going to sell after servicing it, I would think getting it done by an authorized rolex repair facility would be the way to go, as this would be a huge selling point, especially on vintage pieces. Ideally RSC would be the way to go so that you get all the trailing paper work with it from rolex, squashing any doubt on its authenticity...just my 2 cents.
