Hacked Account
Be carefull, accounts that havn't been used for a while are targets for scammers to crack passwords . Once they have this, they pass themselves off as the owner of the accounts identity. Ebay is not a secure site. IT IS NOT SECURE . This allows scammers to have even a 100% feedback. Check when this account was last used, and he is selling a DAYTONA at a great price! An obvious corupted user name. Be carefull.
I wonder if scammers can do the same to this site? Rob.

It's one of the first things I check when I look at an auction. I also go back through the seller's purchases, among other things.

I recently purchased a Sub on ebay, from a seller who had a not so good feedback rating 90%ish, and hadn't purchased in awhile. After a phone call, and some research into why the feedback was negative--purchased from a bad seller, this guy only had 10 feedbacks, I decided that it was still safe to buy. Tread, but tread lightly.

I totally agree guys
The AUS$ is now trading @ about US$0.93. I remember only a couple of years ago it was struggling for US$0.55 . Now that makes the prices on ebay.com for ROLEX seem very very tempting! Not being in the US, makes following up a scam very very dificult. So much so I would need to be more carefull than ever. I would probably try to buy off here before ebay. But the truth is, I will buy again from local AD. Pease of mind. Although it's the thought of him pocketing 2 grand above list price that gets stuck in my throat. I think this is reason why I toy with the idea of purchasing elsewhere. Rob Anyway, I just hope this advice prevents anyone being scammed.
