You'd be better finding an independent dealer – I will be astonished if the service isn't better than Fraser Hart offer. Having said that, the last time I looked at a watch there it was a Zenith and they were falling over themselves to offer me a discount before I had even asked. That being said, the watch had been in the window so long that the strap had faded. Six months later, the same watch with the same faded strap is still there. If they really want to sell it I can't understand why they won't fix the strap. They did tell me that they would get a new strap if I bought the watch… I bought a green Sub from an independent AD instead.
