Tudor pelagos or omega sea master 2254.50

Hi guys, recently i tried the Tudor pelagos and found it to be fabulous. The question is what would you do if you were in my shoes? Would you keep the omega 2254.50 and forget about the Tudor or sell the omega to fund the pelagos?

Thanks in advance

I really regret selling my 2254.50. Keep it and buy the Pelagos outright.

Depends on what you like. The 2254.50 is getting harder to find in good condition. They are out there but you can always save and get the Tudor

Keep the 2254.50. It's a classic. I wish I still had mine. Best Seamaster ever.

I've debated the same exact move...I still have my 2254.50 FWIW.

2254.50 = Discontinued and getting harder to find
Pelagos = relatively new and more coming to the second hand market daily

Save and buy the Pelagos outright.

That a tough question. Has the Omega been trouble free?
If so I would keep it and save up.

I also regret selling my 2254.50, my first "nice watch" and I do wish I could get it back

I could never sell my 2254.50, I'd keep the Omega and save for the Tudor.

The 2254.50 is a very robust watch and very collectable

Personally the omega 2254.50 was the least comfortable watch I've ever owned.

The lack of fine adjustment on the bracelet is terrible.

The crown is a dagger that DIGS into the back of my hand.

The Tudor is the opposite of that.

The bracelet is the MOST adjustable (on the fly) of any watch I know of..

The crown is perfect shaped and situated.

The bezel is way more precise and is lumed...

The Omega looks cool, but for me, it was too hard to live with and I dumped it...

Keep the Omega. If you sell it, you'll regret it.

Good move, you can always change your mind, you'd be able to sell the Omega in a NY minute...

I love my 2254.50. For me, it is very comfortable, especially since my wrists are medium sized. I love the Pelagos, but it wears larger and higher on the wrist. Not overly large, but noticeable. I find the 2254.50 very versatile. I thought about the same trade, but ended up purchasing the CHB instead and keeping my 2254.50. Kind of cool to have the modern equivalent of my 1973 Tudor Monte Carlo.
