I love interacting with this community..better than when I went to the university..Great education.. fun times, interesting, enlightening.. inspiring.. and the only requirement is showing up. -No grade average to maintain..no pass fail, exams..term papers..thesis.. and No tuition bills!!

You see this type of approach all the time, real estate is a good example.
Ask a really silly price and see if anyone bites. I often wonder if they really believe what they are asking is fair.
