Does anyone here have the e-mail address of the new ceo of Rolex.

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthrea...=1#post4908306

seems like the complain was addressed to the old ceo. maybe we should forward it to the new ceo?

Why not hand-write a letter and send it to Rolex Geneve? Making your complaints public never goes well.

geneva can also choose to trash physical letter. unless the top level people knows about what is actually happening.

Chief Execs don't read this type of e-mail, their people/office do! I'm not a CEO of a major company, but even I don't read my own emails! I get c.1,000 e-mails per day, if I read them all I wouldn't have any time for TRF and that would be an unnacceptable situation.

Yes, let me look for it. I had it last by the price update schedule and the new watch pictures!

I know a little bit of how these things go in general - from behind the curtain in an old ivory tower where I worked. All the letters in a given day (both digital and snail mail) are categorized and tabulated then they become a statistic thrown into the spreadsheet of "look how good we are doing".

Usually complaints make up less than 1% and really never change things until revenue volume at any given unit or for certain products begins to dip.

The most powerful tool customers have is their freedom to choose another supplier.
