Seller's title misleading, but description clarifies. Report?

I found this on the bay. Title would lead one to believe it's a real Rolex product, then seller (seemingly) provides full disclosure in the description. Thoughts?

It may say aftermarket, but it's got rolex engraved on the rehaut, therefore copyright infringement = counterfeit.
