Trade in Expy I 36mm towards Milgauss GV??

If you really want it then go for it. Explorer 36mm aren't too expensive on the forum if you decide to flip back.

Pixlr Express, best app I've found so far. It's available on Google Play, not sure about Apple App Store.

I'm using a Samsung Note III, 13mp camera.

I do all the baseline effects using the app, no sharpening or colour adjustments. Then I export the original size file to PS, adjust levels, tweak saturation, and add a little contrast.

Then I resize to 1000 pixels width (max width or height), add unsharp mask and just a touch of general sharpening, and save for web making sure the file size is below 299KB.

Then it's ready for posting on TRF.

I would also look at the new GVb and decide only after inspecting that version. As for the EXP1, i suggest holding on to it, and if the GV needs a rest you have a nice backup/weekend/"banger" option. Now if it really doesn't get any wrist time then it's time to let go. But i don't think the pricing will change in the next year, if anything, it goes up, plenty of takers out there, it's a classic.

I agree. The Explorer 1 36mm is no longer in production. Harder to replace if you miss it. The GV is readily available. All you need are the funds.
