You do know that there are many variants of the dial regarding the printed fonts?
Been like this forever with many different models. Subs, GMTs, Daytonas... Your Daytona is perfectly fine, no meed to complain. The white dial usually has a finer print than the black one, especially the recent/newer watches from the last year forward. |

The subdials don't look original. I would return this watch ASAP.

It does look strange to have the text that poorly paced.
Goes to show a million watches a year makes QC not so great.

There are a number of threads on the forum that talk about the issue but I think this is probably the clearest:

me too and couldn't be happier with it! to my eyes, the less shiny sub-dials blend in better with the watch. but everyone will have their own preferences of course. and, to be frank, the differences are extremely small. no matter which dial, it's an absolutely beautiful watch!

I bought a new GMT Batman and received the YM II book. Brought it back and exchanged it. Was told by AD it must have been mix up from Rolex factory.

I have a single tick dial, but would have been happy with either.

More likely a mix up at AD, since the watch and the box+manuals don't travel together.
