Well dial could be authentic Rolex and still be refurbished, what you are asking is the dial a fake.

I consider a refurbished/repainted dial no more geniune. But then that's my view. Cheers.

I actually like the 1980's-style sans-serif Romans. I'd expect the tritium to be a little darker if it was never refinished, but I can't make a confident decision from those pictures.

This dial turned out to be original. On photo it looks glossy and imperfect printing especially on the railway track but in person its more sort of a Matt black. 2 service centres confirmed it to be oringal not resprayed.
