Nope. Not by far it isn't. Smurfy Blue is much warmer. But the Blue Pelagos also is very nice

Beautiful shots everyone, is this reference bigger than the SS version? I tried it on the other day at the AD, and I started hearing sweet sounds in my ears, like music, the watch was singing to me. I never thought this watch would fit me, meaning, I have the bigger Rolex watches such as the DSSD and the YMll, so I was surprised to see that the smurf felt big for me, hence the question, is it bigger than the SS version? It felt and looked bigger on my wrist.

No the same size, the 50% extra weight and the blue rather than slimming black may give the illusion of the watch being bigger and more presence-ful.

Deadly, judging by the pics.

I weighted both, the WG LB is a touch heavier than the DS but just in grams. I changed the DS steel bracelet to rubber then it weights exactly the same as a SS LV with a steel bracelet. Btw they are all ceramic models.

I can only talk you into it! It took me a Year to talk myself into dropping the coin on this, and I have not missed the money yet.

I've been an admirer of the 116619 for a long time. I finally managed to acquire one this past August. I absolutely love everything about this watch.

Regards, -rick.

The WG Submariner 116619LB is not a nice watch.... It is a stunningly, gorgeous watch! I am a wee bit jealous!

For those waffling or it's on your future to buy list...Don't wait and just go for it. While I fell in love with this watch when it first came out.....I bought a few watches before my 116619, then flipped a few to get this watch....Total regret. I should have just bought it outright a few yrs ago. It's beautiful on many levels. The colour of the wg and blue combo is beyond stunning....I really have a hard time taking this watch off. So if you have the $$$ means, just go for it if you can.
