Rolex/Tudor UAE Dials: what do you think?

New member here so be gentle. At least i filled my first post with pictures, right? :-D

I found a picture collection of custom printed Rolex (and some Tudor) dials. It included the following United Arab Emirate dials.






Not too long ago, some UAE Tudor Submariner snowflake dials went up on eBay. The seller had a total of 4, and he had them listed as custom printed genuine dials. Is it possible they were legitimately ordered by the UAE, possibly extra prints not installed in watches, and they were later sold separately? Here's a couple of the seller's pics of two different dials. Poor photography, so please don't judge solely on that. They appear nearly identical to the dial in the Tudor 7928 above save for the snowflake markers.

Nice than the Domino's pizza dials, but I wouldn't really want one, certainly not for a premium.

Detail in the Bay scans not so good to my poor eyes. And note the 6:00 triangle cut in the dial. Usually these cuts in dial are seen at the 3:00 marker where a dial refinisher adds to dial to secure in the dial "holder" as they refinish the dial. M
