That's really interesting

Do you think that it might have the new hairspring too? What's the accuracy?

You know, I never liked the GMT II old version (16710) but, now after purchasing the GMTIIc, it is growing on me... I really like the fully black bezel and the coke. I'm not a pepsi guy but, very nice indeed.

I'd hope on that transition piece.

This is truly, TRULY, a most wonderful watch. I have mine...the "Black Beauty" GMT ll, which is my favorite as well as Rockrolex's. It is an elegant, svelte, practical, totally Rolex class act of a watch. I will maybe get more Rollers, but I will never sell my Black Beauty. I hope you will find this watch as you will love it very much. Masculine, practical, and goes with anything. My favorite Rolex.
