I bought a rolex. Can I go to a rolex dealer and get factory diamonds put on my rolex if so how much would it cost?

if the model came with a diamond dial, yes of course you can have them switch out the dial with an authentic diamond dial, if it is a president and diamond bezel was an option on that model they will sell a diamond bezel to you also and install it regards

Yes you can do a dial or bezel swap with Rolex. Look at the very bottom of the Rolex 2012 retail price sheet. This is from Sheldon, a fellow member:
