I saw a TV show where the good guy slipped his phone in someone else's pocket, for that very reason. I, on the other hand, have a boring life so all they will find is lots of trips to ADs and doctor's offices.

I've heard about location tracking a while ago, and it can be turned off. Most people don't know it exists on their phones though. Buddy of mine is a lawyer and one of his clients was sunk by this location history data. So something to keep in mind if you're planning on committing any crimes.
