I look at tag heuer watches at the jewelry stores Jareds and they have tag watches selling for 13k-16k. What are they selling for that much. Just doesn't make sense to me. Why not buy a rolex or Breitling if you have that much money? I guess my question is most tag heuer go for just a few grand.

pretty simple, all gold models can add 2 - 300% markup or more to even a carrera or monaco. and that's msrp. they don't typically sell for msrp and that's reflected in the sell price. btw, there are some nice heuer caibres being made inhouse.
