15400 Stopped

My 15400 stopped ticking a few days ago. I tried to wind it a little bit to see if it would start ticking, but it is still not ticking. The piece was purchased from a boutique about a month ago. I will be calling APSC tomorrow... Hopefully its nothing too serious. Anyone have a problem like this?

Thanks

Sorry to hear about this. Good news is Clearwater will probably have it back to you in 3-4 weeks (never fun, but better than 3-4 months).

Let us know what they say.

Hope they sort that out for you quickly! Maybe you'll get one of those nice leather service cases.

My FC Diver had stopped and was sent to AP SC in Clearwater by the previous owner. It was sorted out in less than a month. It came back with the 3 years warranty sticker and was perfect.

I sent it to Clearwater on Thursday and I have a 4 week estimated completion time. I will post once I know what the problem was.
