Removing the rubber off the the Rubber Clad bezel
Hi all, I've seen another thread with a pic of a rgrc without the rubber coating and it looks amazing!
My bezel isn't in greta shape and I tought I could do that. Does anyone know how to do it? Tks Enviado do meu iPhone usando Tapatalk |

You have to take the bezel off to do it properly. Soak in an organic solvent in a well ventilated area and then peel off. Gasoline or methylene chloride should work fine.

Does anybody have a picture of the bezel after peeling the rubber off? How about more pics of the watch after the service?

I have seen this done. You can tell by the dial colour. Certain dials only come on rubberclads. The dealers selling them probably know that anyone who knows AP's will not buy the watch. It's usually done to cut the cost of the replacement and repair by AP.
