I've never tried .3. I bet that size is hard to find but blink art sells the Alvin Draft-Line Mechanical Pencil but I'm not sure that what you are looking for in "quality" I'm sure there is one near you. My daughter is into drawing sketching and coloring and it's easy to spend an hour in that shop.
