One day we were at a bar in the mall where the AD was and I had them go in with me and try on what they like and these were their choices. It worked out too because the watches value matched the order of who sold more. There was always a hint if they hit certain numbers then a rolex would be rewarded but they have no idea getting in a couple days.

Not only is it cool, but wonderful that you work to know your people so well. for more reasons than one, they are lucky to have you as a boss. Merry Christmas!!!!
