What a great gesture of appreciation for your high producers. Here's a question: how will you feel if one of the recipients flips it for quick cash?

kudos on keeping the tradition going!
don't we all love this kind of tradition?
hopefully, with these, they'll stay with your company and continue to be excellent contributors..

As one member asked if they would flip it for quick cash, I think it's up to the receiver to do as he wishes for something that belongs to him.

again, excellent gesture!

Very thoughtful indeed. This will keep the motivation going. And top it off the personal touch you knowing which one they liked is amazing shows how great of a boss you are by listening to them

You Sir, are awesome!

Only few people understand how management works. Appreciate your workers and they will be and stay loyal. They will work hard, feel appreciated and they will be going the extra mile for you.

I kinda of guessed too but I figured the one guy who wanted the yacht master would have been a polar EXP 2 because orange hand and the "tool" watch appeal, but his favorite color is blue hence the Blue dial.

One day we were at a bar in the mall where the AD was and I had them go in with me and try on what they like and these were their choices. It worked out too because the watches value matched the order of who sold more. There was always a hint if they hit certain numbers then a rolex would be rewarded but they have no idea getting in a couple days.
Not only is it cool, but wonderful that you work to know your people so well. for more reasons than one, they are lucky to have you as a boss. Merry Christmas!!!!
