Hi all!!

I need a new strap(s) for my WG Daytona Meteorite. I want different ones that I can swap out.

1) Has anyone ever replaced one of these? On the 6:00 side of the strap (at the clasp), there doesn't appear to be enough space between the clasp and strap to even insert a narrow tool. Is there another way? (pics?) Putting in on once could still be easy, but the first time you remove it, it would have a gap. Knowing Rolex, they probably don't want you swapping around straps, so they wouldn't see an issue...

2) Does anyone know the different strap sizes in length? (each piece?)

I know AD can handle, just interested.

I guess you could do it with a thin blade?

BTW: Apparantly, the SEL (Solid End Link) of the WG (or YG) Daytona "born" with a strap is detachable by taking off the bezel:

But I would let an AD exchange the straps for you.

I know that Rolex makes at least 2 sizes (straps), the 'standard' and a 'short' version.

the original clasp is easy to scratch and expensive to replace, so
I have several straps, and the fancy replacement ones like stingray, bony croc etc,. have pin buckles, as I don't trust cheap deployments.
also always re-use the gold pins which came with your original straps, as they fit better, they have rounded tips.
