Panerai US AD suggestions, please..
Hi everyone.
I am about to purchase my first Panerai.... It will probably be one of the historic models. Can anyone recommend a good Panerai AD in the US? I am based in California but I prefer out-of-state ADs for discount and tax purchases (I use out of state ADs for my Rolex watches as well). You can PM anytime. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

Panerai discounts are pretty non-existent. In regards to good Panerai ADs, mine is California also. So, can't help you there.
In regards to the PAM000 and PAM005, the logo models are hard to get. You basically need to put your name at a bunch of ADs, and someone will call you when they get one. I was told at least 2-3 months for one. PAM104 and PAM111s are more available. You have to remember, Panerai makes a small production. TINY compared to Rolex. Good luck! |

You can check Paneristi.com, where AD inventories are often posted on the Collector's Market.

Thanks, guys (espeically Sleedawg).
I think I want to get a 112 this time as it has a clear see-through caseback (right?) Hope Pam 112 is not that hard to find.....

The 112 does have a see-through caseback. Also, I believe it came with either the sandwich dial or the painted dial, so you'll want to verify when buying sight-unseen.
