Seth, Homes like this can range from $1.5 - $2 Mil depending on size and location.

Looks like modern European design has really taken over in the USA and Canada. It's nice to have a mix of both traditional and modern, in my opinion, or the house doesn't feel very inviting.

I like the house too - a bit too much white for my tastes, but that's easily changed once sold.
