Ok, Black Bay 10 seconds fast after 24 hours. Oh well, I'll live with it. Still under warranty though... Just a hassle sending it in

Mine is fast as well..
Looks to be about 10 seconds fast, but I am just starting to measure it accurately to be sure. Im trying to rest it at night crown down to see if that helps.
I have yet to wind it at all and will try giving that a try. Im not OCD but I want an accurate watch. |

That's very likely your problem. And crown up, not down, will slow it down more.
