Hi folks,
Has anyone seen a Tudor Oyster case like the one on this 4463 before? Looks more like an Omega style case to me. I'm guessing from the serial and logo that this one is from around 1946-47.

Also, does the movement look good?

i believe it's called flared lugs case

Rolex marketed the lug pattern as Bombe', meaning layered or swirled. The rose in shield was used from 1936 to 1947. The case design is similar to this one of mine

I don't think the lugs on the one I showed are 'twisted' enough to be Bombe. Great piece there! What's the serial? Mine is 13469.

Case is a "form Oyster". Movement looks good c.1946.

Thanks. "Form Oyster"? Does that differ from a regular Oyster case? Or just the lugs?
