If you are still deliberating, here are some pros and cons:

The GMT function is great if you travel...and the ceramic bezel will not show wear as opposed to the YM.

The YM is a more unique watch, seen much less in the wild. It's bezel is very useful as well (albeit much more prone to scratching than the GMT), and is bi-directional whereas the sub is one direction only.
