As of Monday, Damiani didn't have any in stock, but were expecting a couple, however there are three people on the waiting list at full MSRP of 10,200 taxes in. With the low Canadian dollar, with the conversion you are looking at about 8,200 USD. They are very hard to come by right now and everyone is selling them at full list because of the demand. About 4 months ago I could have picked one up for 8700 CDN taxes in. Ouch...

I'm confused isn't msrp like 10+ 13 % tax? wow you shouldn't have hesitated at 8700. I laid 10k CAD 4 months ago and that translated to 8kusd. I wore it for 3 months and sold it for what I paid.

Yes the list is 10,200 and normally it would be plus 13%, however I was told that they are selling them at full list tax included.

If you have someone in Alberta, you can have it shipped here and pay only 5% GST instead of 13% HST.

So if you manage to negotiate a 5% discount and with tax and everything you will be looking to pay around USD $7,865.

I would check the Canadian Watch Collector forum to see if you could find it there. 1) forum prices 2) low Canadian dollar. Win win.

I bought mine from Royal De Versailles on Bloor Street, just this past Friday, I paid $10,233 Canadian or roughly $8000 USD due to the exchange rate, couldnt be happier with the deal.

yup, the sales tax in Toronto is ridiculous, as compared to no sales tax in US mail ordering.
