In the past, I had a customer of mine send his business elsewhere because of the car my wife drove (low end Boxster). It has forever kept me from buying luxury items. I would feel self conscious wearing a Rolex to work or on sales calls. I'm visiting the JLC dealer in Atlanta this coming weekend. Love the Ultra thins, but I'm leaning towards a Reverso or Navy Seals... possibly a Grand Seiko GMT. Sad...I know |

Most people don´t know the difference between an Invicta and a Lange. I think the only watch that could have a negative influence on your customers would be a gold Rolex on a gold bracelet.
However I wouldn´t mind dealing with the guy with the gold Rolex. I prefer that the people I am dealing with make money and stay in business. |
