The three in my signature, and some rare vintage sub's like the milsub or 6538 bond.

I know this may not sound too fancy, but a TT DJ with a gold tapestry dial.

My realistic grail is the 116610. My dream grails are the Patek 5712 and the 326939. Someday, maybe......

My first grail was achieved after finishing my second degree, a SubC Ln. My ultimate Grail, the smurf, shortly came along 2yrs later after getting a promotion and on my 35th. Both watches I cherish deeply in my heart, but it's this one that has that extra special feel

I think more in terms of a 3-5 watch grail collection. I think putting the grail pressure on just one watch is often too much for it to bear, esp because of TRF and temptation.

Never thought of it that way, makes complete sense. I want my biggest problem to be to wake up in the morning and decide which watch I'll wear that day, haha!

For me the Daytona would be the end of my collecting, my exit watch. So for me that is my grail as well.

I've been thinking the same thing and making the smurf the daily wearer for the next few decades.

A Pepsi GMT was the watch that made me fall in love with Rolex, my mum's boss had one and from the first time I laid eyes on it I wanted to know what it was.

My first Rolex was a Datejust from my Grandfather, but the first one that I bought was a Pepsi GMT, and I didn't know how much it meant to me, and where my passion for Rolex came from, until I traded it.

I'm obsessed with things as old as me, so when I found a mint 1675 from the year that I was born, it was game over.

Apologies for the bad pic, I'll post more when I get back from vacation.
