How does eBay not do anything? I understand a seller that has high positive rating but even then. To CYA they should investigate. 0 sells should be a no brainier.

They will do something but........
It will take place during the paypal dispute process. Now that eBay has spun paypal off, I am expecting these disputes to become a much larger issue. When they were under the same roof, they could handle it in-house but now, who knows.......time will tell.
