Just curious though, did they give me the wrong box? If I had to guess, this would be the box for pride of Mexico or Italy? Can someone with the box chime in?

Indeed they have, that’s the box belonging to the Tribute To Italy model.

Congrats!

But this is a little surprising seeing how it looks like you asked about discounts of this model and then had an incoming less than 5 hrs later...

Well, he did say he would post pics up later – so he was already committed to buying, it was only a matter of how much exactly that he enquired about.
The TTI box is odd, unless the reseller had misplaced the original one for this version, or sold the TTI in a regular one.

Congrats love the ROC! I'm not sure if having the IT box hurts resale so I might keep it.

The ROC is one of my favourite chronos. It's a beauty. Congrats and wear in good health. I'm undecided on the box issue. I'd probably want the correct box for myself but I also wouldn't want to be responsible for some other WIS getting a wrong box in future because I had it.

Yeah, I figured it was wrong box because of the white/green/red box, the "limited edition" word on there and it having an extra slot on the right of the box. Thanks for confirming guys, guess ill be contacting the ad tomorrow.

and yeah, I wasn't kidding when i said i was purchasing "very soon" lol I left to pick it up less than 1 hour after posting. I'm just surprised an AD knew less about the watch than I did AND gave me the wrong box...

Thanks for the kind words guys =] Hope this is only the first of many to come!

:cheers

Interesting --- getting the limited box.

Did you purchase from a boutique? Odd for them to make that kind of error...

Congrats on the roc!

Kinda sloppy of the AD with the wrong box and all, but should be readily amenable.

<cough>

Just like you have, only without the plaque and just the cushion, positioned centrally.
