I feel I have to publicly give props to Carolina in the AP parts department, super great service and communication, this is the first time I experience this level of service from any brand, Rolex in Dallas is great but in this case AP was amazing. I am glad I am back to AP :)

Hi, I was wondering if you could help. I would like too see if you still have Carolina email in the parts department at AP, I stripped a screw off the strap and need to order new ones. Thanks alot, I really appreciate it.

I couldn't agree more! I just sent my watch in for its 3rd year pressure test and their service and communication has been second to none!
