The bling dial isnt for me but pretty nice watch. I would probably trade you my PAM 359 for it though.

To bad you arn't in LA. Would def take a look at it.

PAM are nice watches this watch would be hard to wear everyday in my opinion. So if you want an everyday watch i would trade it.

Congrats on the watch. I like diamonds on dressier watches, like a DD. I'm not familiar with ref 11309; is that correct? (I'd take the bracelt off and check between the lugs to verify model and serial #s) What bracelet # is on there?

The watch is bling and definitely aftermarket parts, but not bad at all. Fix that screw though.
We don't do evaluations here on the forum, so you should have a look on watchrecon and the sales forum here for references on the pricing. Holding value depends a lot on what you payed for it actually.

I have a feeling it was over market price due to the diamonds, even though they have almost no value in resell at all...But when they sell it like that, they start throwing carats at your head to crank up the price.
What matters is that you are happy with it and I hope you find someone who is bling-minded when you decide to sell the watch

I don't know much about Panerai and I don't know if you'll find a comparable day-date to establish value, so maybe it would be easier to value the Panerai. You could argue that if someone is willing to trade you, the trade is what the watch is worth.

Different, to say the least. That said I have a diamond dial DD so I am sure it has plenty of critics. Anything with diamonds always creates waves on TRF. I would take it over the PAM but I am not a fan of those and that Rolex will always draw comments.
