Kermit, The Hulk or 007

I've been hunting for a good condition Kermit (50th anniversary Submariners); however I am also liking the ceramic bezel of the new Submariner

Given that I can only have one watch, do you think I should go for Kermit, The Hulk or The 007 Blackie ?

I don't think that is one of his options.

OP - Go Hulk.

I guess I am assuming he was talking about the new Omega James Bond watch when he referred to the 007 Blackie.

Even with just one watch, I'd still pick Hulk over the other two.

Timothy Dalton apparently wore a 16610, although I've also read it could have been a 16800 or 168000.

I seem to recall someone on here spotting Roger Moore wearing a 1680 in The Man with the Golden Gun. Either way I guess we could do with some clarification on what the 007 watch choice is.

I don't like the taper of the lugs on the new Subs. I'd go with the 50th anniversary... Depending on the premium for that model, maybe go for a new SD... The lug taper is a little tighter and looks less "chunky" IMO

Not sure what the 007 Blackie is so my vote is Hulk.

If you meant 114060 then that for a 1 watch collection.

Submariner...14060M!

No date simplicity...and closer to the classic Subs worn by Sean Connery and Roger Moore then other options.

Or, my favorite of the current production Rolex dive watches: the SeaDweller 4000C. Classic lines and contemporary features. Simply smashing...

Sometimes I feel like I want to flip this guy

for a lvc. But I know I'm going to regret it. Don't really have room for both so I'll love the one I'm with.

I think for a minty sublv, maybe it's not too far off from an lvc pricewise. So maybe go with the lvc for the sunburst dial and enhanced bracelet.

Another thing to add, I invested in a 16610ln insert. Though I rarely ever swap it out, I have the option to make it all black.

Kermit is best of all worlds. In a few more years, you'll be real glad you bought this one.
