The SS Submariner date of course for me. Like having the date on any of my watches.

No date for me.

Cleaner lines, symmetrical face, no clumpy cyclops. Truer to the original design.

James Bond didnt need a cyclops.

I love the clean look of the ND, but hate the holes in the lugs.....

Sub Date for me

Try them on, take your time, the bottom line is, you have to go with the one that smiles back at you.

The Sub date is too popular here in New York IMO, I see them all the time, but, it's hard to see the Sub ND. So, for this reason I would prefer the Sub ND.

Submariner Date is the only watch you will ever need. Submariner no-date is the only watch you will ever need.

Both are great, I prefer the date, my brother, the no-date.

Get the original Sub...they don't get any better. Perfect watch and no cyclops to distort that amazing dial.

I am a guy who likes the date on a watch; yet, have you tried the SeaDweller?
That might be the answer because it has a combination of both looks.
Also, it was very recently discontinued making it highly tradeable in the future.

I would choose a non date. When I buy my first sub, that will be my choice.

Date without question. For people like me who can never remember the date, it comes in handy everyday.

For a great everyday Rolex I'd opt for the SS Sub Date.

As stated, having a date feature is nice.

I like the no-date. A classic clean look.

Another thing is that I just see way too many Sub Date's around. They are iconic and fabulous, but it's like women with a Louis Vuitton bag. There are too many out there, and they are nothing special any more. JMO, Larry.

No question it would be a S/S Sub date.
