Advice: Two-Tone GMT, BLNR or Sub-C Date?

I'd do it. Many have suggested a TT Sub but you clearly like the look of the GMT and it is aesthetically different from the BLNR. Give it a go!

It depends on what you do not have. In my case having an SS DJ2 Blue index and a Sub-C date, I had yet to have a GMT and a Rolesor, and something a little less blocky than the Sub-C. So I got a TT GMT- which had a combination of features / colors I did not have. Ultimately, it's what your heart desires. Take your time and good luck.

I've definitely considered this option as well! I just prefer the look of the gmt two tone over the sub two tone....I'm fairly torn here as I still love the feel of the sub.....watches, particularly rolexes are addictive no?

I have always liked many TT Rolex models. Yes your trade makes sense to me! I would take a look at this model.

If you've got your heart set on the TT GMT then go for it, I can't disagree it is a stunning watch. If it was me I would trade the SS sub for the TT Sub which is also a absolute stunner, I'm also slightly in favour of the glidelock clasp over the easy link bracelet. Whatever you decide you'll have an awesome addition.

I would trade your DJII 116334 for a tutone DJII 116333 with the grey dial and green Romans that you mentioned you like as much as your BLNR.
The tutone DJII, BLNR and SubC compliment each other IMHO and your total cash outlay will be much less than $3600.
I see no reason to have 2 GMTIIs in a 3 watch collection.

Wow, you guys sure aren't making this easy! Even though I'm still leaning towards trading my Sub-C 116610LN for the Two tone GMT-C 11673LN, I'm now also looking at the two tone subs as well, both the black and bluesy but leaning more towards classic black. I'm not trading my BLNR b/c quite frankly, I love it, but I'm now also considering keeping the Sub-C and flipping my Datejust II Fluted bezel w/blue stick dial for the two tone Datejust II w/slate gray dial and green romans to satisfy my gold fix.

Tough call.....But I still feel the two tone GMT has a bit more pop to it with the larger gold numbers in the dial and that green accented GMT hand....But then again, two out of three in my collection would be GMTs. Perhaps not enough variety? It's like dating two girls who look exactly the same, one blond hair, the other a brunette.

Reasons why I chose this baby:
Gold numbering on the black bezel
Green GMT hand and green lettering
GMT function

Between this and the bluesy, it's a really tough call. I just noticed that the bluesy looks best when hit by sunlight. Of course, that's why it's a sunburst dial. I chose the the TT GMT as I think it's a little bit more formal and it looks the same whether it be indoor or outdoor. I just love the black and gold combo. But I do see the bluesy in my future. It's just a matter of which one you'll get first.

You have a nice problem my friend. I struggled with what two tone to get. I was wavering between a DJii and a TT Sub. I eventually went with the bluesy, no regrets and no bad choice here! Godspeed and post pics when you are done!
