dots on 30 year old GMT dial (magnified)

Ok folks. Playing with a pretty strong magnifier. I noticed (with naked eye) that there seemed to be a tiny hint of darker spots/lines on the dial surface. Thought it may be shadows of dust on the outer surface of the crystal. Looked with a regular magnifying glass and didn't look like much, but maybe thought a hand or something got loose sometime in the past and left some kind of faint scuffing or IDK. Either way, you have to look very hard to see anything imperfect with the dial finish naked eyed. But since I was bored tonight, some pics that show what appear to be tiny little raised darker black bumps in the finish. Not that is really matters that much, but anyone know what this is? The white stuff is dust, mostly on the scope and crystal. Thanks

But the odd thing is they are appearing like they are 3d. My experience with oil marks is they are perfectly flat...kind of soaking in and bonding with the finish on stuff like this. Also, there seems to be a tiny bit of a string pattern like a semi misted fluid pattern. LOL....looking at it I almost wonder if someone working on it sneezed on it and this is just dried...stuff. Whatever it is it seems to be on top of the surface and or clear, as all the spots are round....and where part of a round spot falls on top of the white lettering it is not visible. So my original question about this maybe being a common finish age issue seems unlikely. Possibly some thick oil or looking at it maybe since not really visible with a naked eye it is factory finish flaw. Not too concerned about it, but was curious if anyone had clues. One more odd thing though. It's pretty much spread out evenly all round till about 2/3 of the way from the center. then it's pretty much gone before the markers. Maybe even some crud in the watchmakers dust blower at a service? Thanks though.

LOL...I am really rambling now. Just looked with light hitting at an angle and most every dot is along almost microscopic cracks in the finish. Looking online, I have seen some spiderweb dials that seem similar, though most are much more pronounced. Guessing I just have some version of this finish issue. You can see in the first pic how there seems to be a linear patters in places. Well, in just the right light you see they are connected by a tiny crack/line. Where the cracks/lines run under the white, it seems to have not broken through the white print. But you can see it under it. So guess this is just the common factory finish stuff from this era that may have happened as the finishes cured over the first year or so. Will call it "character".
