The white dial ss diver
Ive been looking at this piece for quit some while , i think its very nice ?
But i havent really seen any around ? Is it not a popular model , maybe the wrong color for this kind of watch ? Maybe people are afraid of the resell value ? |

It's a newer dial option, the black has been around for yrs. that could be a reason. I like it a lot, and I'd toss it on a white rubber strap if I had it.

Very nice. Black is too classic. White is so refreshing.

I played with one here in Dallas, and it is a beautiful watch. There are a lot of black dial diver watches - not nearly as many white ones.

I'd probably put a white strap on it, maybe stingray, and make it a real summer and sea and breezes watch.

I've been considering one myself for a little while now. Waiting to see how they do on re-sale since I wouldn't go in 100% believing it wouldn't be sold when something else caught my eye.

Tried one on this weekend, and it just appeared "flat" and kinda boring to be honest. I think there is a good reason you see more black ones around. The white ceramic on the other hand.

Just got one few days ago and i was debating between white or black dial and went with the white instead. It's really something you should try on yourself.

I really like the white dial on the diver. It sets it apart from all the other divers out there. I happen to like white dials on AP's in general... wait and blue dials too... And black are pretty good also!

I think it looks beautiful. If there aren't too many around in comparison to the black version, this could be related to it being on the market much shorter number of years.
Although not scientific, I think that black dials seem to be a more popular choice for diver watches. Sam |

I had one and moved it, preferred the black dial. The lume was poor compared to the Black. that being said, to each his own

Go with the White. I have had both and kept the white. In person the white is a Silver/White, it appears larger and actually has more contrast than the black, I felt the black had no real definition to the face. Funny thing about this watch, is that in the photos the black looks better but in person the white does. Also like someone else stated, the white is a new model so there would be a lot more black sold. You can't go wrong both are winners! Good Luck

I agree, it is a beautiful watch! Oh, I'm also a big admirer of white dials (DJII, PO 42mm, Great White).
