Not sure. But use this as a good opportunity to buy a second! RSC NYC is 4-6 weeks. RSC Dallas is 2-4 weeks. So likely within this similar time frame

You can also do what I did and call them directly to ask the timeframe on the wait.

Can't help in the UK but can confirm NYC 4-6 weeks. Passed three watches through them. Good luck with yours mate.

Last one was a crystal change. Still took 4-6 weeks. Same as a full movement overhaul. Go figure.

The bezel spring should take a minute to actually replace. I've snapped my bezel off and lost the spring, it's leaf spring. Took it to the AD in Abu Dhabi, he installed a new one before my eyes in a few seconds, I snapped off the bezel off a second time, found the spring and snapped it all together myself. No problems.

Unless you're talking about something very different here it's a simple fix. This is about as far as I go working in my Rolexes.

It would seem that a service center would prioritize such a simple fix and get it out the same day, but that might dilute the Rolex "mystique".

Goodness.. That's quite a journey for a 5 dollar item that takes a minute to replace..

Did you send it to Geneva? Should be a quick job at your local RSC, depending on how backed up they are. Also, they should have given you a return date along with the cost estimate.

I agree a local RSC should be able to take care of that, but they can still be very slow as well. A crystal takes about a month at the Toronto RSC
