Gentlemen, show me your scratches!!

So, I've just picked up a 15400 blue to keep my PP 5711 company and I absolutely love the watch - the design, the weight, the clasp, and the stunning blue dial.

Now, I'm not feint of heart, I wear my every Rolex I own with PCLs without fear of scratches (they happen to add character IMHO), but with the new RO I want to wear it as freely, but do fear scratches (more so than with the PCL Rolex lines) as the flat planes/edges of the watch are simply stunning.

In order to help me get over this silly fear of scratches, can you kindly post pics of your well-worn 15400's, 15300's, esteemed 15202's, and chronos to assuage my concerns.

I happen to come from the NO POLISH at any cost school of thought so your pictures will be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance - very happy to have joined the club!!

This thread will cause me a lot of pain. One of the last things I want to see is is these beautiful pieces of art all scratched to crap.

I would have to assume that his wife did that to his watch after she found out he was cheating on her.

exactly, I really wonder what the hell he did to that watch for it to be like that, won't ever beat a certain PP 5711 which was totally messed up, I mean the thing was used as a G-Shock as far as I'm concerned, which is a shame but hey everyone is free to use any watch as a beater, wether 100$ or 500K...

Much better. A luxury dress watch in pristine condition. Great picture too. Did Benlee take it?

Seriously what camera did you use? That shot really came out nice.

I found that the 15400 didn't show wear well. Easily chipped the bezel on mine.
