Milgauss your opinion ?
I love the milgauss 116400gv and would love it to be the next in my collection . But what does it feel like / look like in real life ? Some people say it is to heavy on the wrist but I quite like to know that my watch is still there on my wrist . The sweeping movement of the second hand how smooth does it look ?

Milgauss your opinion ?
Second hand looks fine.
The GV is a heavier / slightly thicker watch compared to say a DJ of similar proportions. I think it has a great feel on wrist. |

Sophisticated and cool, the GV is excellent. Yes, heavier and thicker than a SubC, but wears great. Huge fan.

No just no. Unless you work close to a strong magnetic field, there are many better looking watches.
But if you fancy lightning bolt second hands, then go for it.

Love it. Tried one on a few weeks back and although it is heaver than a DJ it's a great looking watch, in my opinion. It's got something different about it and although the green and orange shouldn't work I think it does. Recommend you try it on though.

Milgauss your opinion ?
When I first saw this watch...I said no way in heck. How could you make the GV color combo work? But you try one on-and you get it.
But don't listen to me...I said similar things about Panerai and AP. Ended up eating my words two more times! |

the current Milgauss is a cool looking watch. why not strive to be different while still enjoying the pleasure of owning & wearing a Rolex? a similar scenario/decision occurred decades ago when I purchased my EXP2. I could have run with a Sub or GMT but instead opted for something a tad different...no regrets. |

GV is nice. Great wrist presence. Try one on and see if you like. It is slightly heavier on the wrist but I don't really notice a difference. The sweeping seconds hand is as smooth as the other sport models.

Not for me. Could be my least favourite of all the usual contenders.

The Z blue is stunning, anyway is the Z blue dial slightly higher in MSRP than the others?

It's a cool sometimes watch. I wouldn't daily one, but if I were to want to change pace, a green crystal Milgauss would be a hell of one

I absolutely love mine! Have had it for almost two years and its a great one! I personally like the Black Dial with the white and orange markers because it shows off the Green sapphire crystal much better. The Z-Blue dial kind of drowns out the green crystal a bit.

There's only one way you'll know for sure Matt. Try it on and if you're still undecided, try it on again.

I was wearing it one link too large for a little while before I bought the tools necessary to resize it. At that time, I thought it wore a little top heavy, but since adjusting the bracelet to get a much better fit, it's been perfect, and really comfortable. To me it has a heft that feels good.
It definitely is a watch I feel like works better on the wrist than in pictures. I never considered it either until I tried it on. Once it's an arms length away, the orange accents just add a bit of pop, but not ostentatious or tacky to me. Enlarged to 10X, I think it just looks like way more orange than I would usually be comfortable with. |

Love the Milgauss. It was almost my first Rolex, but when I tried it on it seemed a bit big on me. I've seen one GV in the wild, and it looked incredible.

Never did much for me in photos, but recently had an opportunity to trade into one. I figured it'd be just as easy to flip as the PAM if I didn't fancy it.
A few weeks later, I am VERY pleasantly surprised how much I like this watch. I truly am smitten. It's a quirky, oddball, under-the-radar Rolex. It's much more subtle on the wrist than you would think for a watch with PCLs, green crystal, orange lume, and a lightning-bolt seconds hand. Its height and weight are more substantial than many other 40mm watches, and it certainly does have plenty of wrist presence. Highly recommended. |

The Milgauss is thicker and heavier than a sub, but with a properly fitted bracelet it wears great. You will love it.

It has great wrist presence for sure. I haven't tried one on, but I've seen a few in the wild and they look fantastic.

Great wrist presence. I get a lot of compliments on my GV whenever it is on my wrist. Wears wonderful if the bracelet is adjusted correctly (I do not find it top heavy).

For many who complain that Milgauss is heavy, then seems like they never own other watches besides Rolex then. Compare to Breitling, Oris and many other divers, Milgauss is heavier than Submariner but not heavy to cause a discomfort. It actually fit pretty comfortably on wrist.
The green crystal is pretty magical. I found its color is most pretty when it is sitting in a darker corner. I kinda wish the dial is darker black but current matte dial do gave a unique look. Oh, the orange lume is not that bright unless you but a flashlight to charge it. |

I really dig it. Unique and cool. Love the lighting bolt. Love the matte dial. The crystal obviously very sweet.
