Intentionally leaving stickers on

I know this is a dumb question. Does anyone leave the stickers on their new rolex on while wearing it ? Reason I ask is that you can barely see them and they could help to prevent scratches

Well, not wearing it at all would prevent scratches too. I've found the less I worry about wearing watches, the more I enjoy them!

Dirt and grime builds up under them once the edges start lifting, you end up with more scratches and it looks terrible, take them off!

I think it looks awful when you see stickers on a watch. Take them off, commit to your watch and make it yours. Don't save it from scratches so the possible next guy can enjoy what you've missed out on. That's if you're a flipper of course but if you are not there is absolutely no reason to keep them on

The more my watches scratch, the more personal they become to me. Scratches are positively correlated to my appreciation of a watch. The fear of putting a scratch on a watch is really the fear of committing to a watch.

I actually saw somebody wearing a Smurf in Larnaca airport with tags on! They didn't buy it from said airport as they don't stock Rolex

I leave them on, when they start to lift I take them off. The clasp sticker is the only one that gets instantly pulled off.

My Wife's 2 year old DJ is fully stickered lol, but she has 3 others

there are too many stickers..start peeling them off now as you may find the last one even after few months of use..besides plastic protection is more suitable for other things in use ;)

Did you buy stickers to wear or a watch?

Do you leave the plastic on your couch?

If so, then yes. But otherwise, off within the first 2 seconds.

to be honest OP, if your that paranoid about putting any marks on a several thousand £/$ watch then id seriously reconsider the purchase.

Do the stickers start fading or you can barely notice them

Take them off, not worth having them on for someone to say to you 'Hey, you still have the stickers on?!?' and laugh as they walk away :)
