Here's what I don't understand....isn't it illegal to sell fakes?

Now at least this guy isn't trying to pass it off as real...although he never says real or fake, maybe a gloriously ignorant chap might think he hit the jackpot, but I think most people would bid knowing that they are bidding on a fake...

Isn't that still illegal?...

Ebay has said it's not their job to authenticate...but come on don't they have any control over what people post for sale...I still can't believe that ebay continues to profit from illegal activity and does so without consequence....
