Well, it's a matte dial with what looks to be a slight gilt color on the text in the second set of photos. Should be white. Hard to tell 100 percent because of lighting and degrees of saturation in photos. Still, based just on the photos here, the print looks off.

See below for a legit Sub serif dial for comparison, and easy to search online to see the differences:

Hey George. The printing looks ok and everything lines up with my reference pics. Having said that, the dial does look baked/artificially aged to me. Could be the lighting as pointed out above me, but it looks off. Again, it could be just the photos.

The dial appears to be a genuine feet first variation from the 1970s, prior to the later maxi dials.

There is a web site dedicated to the 5513 matte dials, along with a "sticky" here in the vintage section which takes you to the site.
